Margarita Machine Instructions 

1) Fill bucket of 3 gallons of water (to line mark).

2) Add desired mix.

3) Add 3 liters tequila; this will make 5 gals of mix = 80 to 90 9 oz. servings.

4) Stir and pour into the margarita machine slowly (top of machine) but not fully. Allow approximately 1 inch from the top.

5) If margarita machine is stationed outdoors, and weather is very hot, allow about 15 minutes more.

6) Turn on the machine by pressing both buttons on bottom right side to freeze mark. Listen for compressor to go on (within 2-3 minutes). Mix will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to freeze.

7) Skirt the cart (we do this as a courtesy).

  • If it is too early to run the machine, the margarita machine will be left ready for the customer to turn on an hour before their event starts.
  • Customer needs to regularly monitor the machine. If mix gets too frozen, press top button ONLY to CHILL in order to allow mix to thaw out.
  • To avoid mix from getting too frozen, it must be served frequently.

  • Do not dispose of syrup bottles
  • Do not dispose of bottle caps
  • Do not dispose of syrup spouts
  • Return the ladle & caddy provided
