$60 flat rate up to 10 miles from zip code 78249
Anything after 10 miles would be an extra $2.50 per mile

Customer picking up equipment must present a state picture ID. No exceptions.

Note: Delivery fee is subject to change without notice. Fee is included for tents and margarita machines up to 20 miles.
Guidelines
  • A minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations or be subject to a $50 charge.

  • Delivery service available for minimum order of $75 or more.

  • Rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered or be subject to a $15 cleaning fee and/or replacement charge for lost or damaged equipment. If paying by check, include your driver’s license number on the check. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee above rental total.
